Terms
The client is expected to have the property staged and cleaned prior to the photoshoot as all properties will be shot as is. Please review and provide this list to the homeowner to ensure the property is ready for photos: windowstill.com/preparation-of-home/.
Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Because of this, we highly suggest the client or an authorized representative is present at the shoot with our photographer. Without your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how to best photograph the property.
After the Shoot
Once the photos have been taken, the WindowStill team will perform digital retouching. The photos will be available to you within 24 hours of leaving the property to download at your convenience via our Client Center. All images will meet a minimum resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels, usable for both internet and print.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Inclement Weather Policy
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with at least 24 hoursâ?? notice.
Any shoot canceled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee. Arriving late by 30 minutes or more to an appointment will be considered a cancellation and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot.
Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling on our end. In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.
Rights and Usage
All images produced for the client may be used by the client for any and all marketing materials associated with the property and for the clientâ??s self-promotion.
The photos may also be used by the client's parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Ownership of the images remains with the photographer and license is granted only to the client and the client's parent company. The photos are not to be used by any third party.

Is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer or an additional license is purchased.
Payment
Payment is accepted via major credit card.
Please mail checks to 131 S Main, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827, payable to WindowStill Photography.
If scheduled online, the card will be charged at the time of scheduling. If sent, invoice payment is due within 15 days of the receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within 15 days there will be a 20% late fee applied to the invoice and charged monthly after that.
